Since then, Coach Katie has updated TRT, analysing runners' needs and listening carefully to what they want.
Through Tilehurst Runs Together, Katie now offers all-weather* outdoor training for runners of all abilities and none. Absolutely anyone is welcome to join our training sessions, whether they're an absolute beginner or a gnarly-kneed trail veteran. Katie prides herself on creating inclusive and progressive sessions suitable for all, making sure that everyone gets the session they need on the day.
